Create a user list, which is a collection of users that can be advertised to through a Facebook custom audience. For access to this feature, please contact [email protected].

The ID of the Facebook ad account to create a custom audience in.

enum

The type of the user list. "manual" means that users are added or removed from this list ONLY via the ToneDen API.
